I signed up for Maimah's tips of the week and one tip was to try Yoga classes during my journey with breast cancer. I have comepleted Chemo and was waiting to have my 1st surgery, went to a Yoga class and loved it. I was sweating which was a good sign for me because I haven't been able to excercise like I normally do. The next day I was sore, very sore. Prior to surgery one of the recommendations was not to excercise prior to surgery so I had to stop going to my Yoga classes so that I was 100% ready for surgery. But once I'm healed from surgery I will be back in Yoga classes.
